The Society organised a programme on “Coping with Natural Hazards & Engineering Intervention” at Hotel Devashish, Haldwani.
The programme brought together geoscientists and engineers to discuss how natural hazards in the Himalaya can be addressed through sound engineering intervention, and was attended by 93 participants.
